We procure our cashews from Auroville farms and individual Aurovillians within the community who are dedicated to natural farming. On our farm, we carefully sun-dry the cashews multiple times before they are manually opened and undergo hand processing. Every cashew nut is then individually hand-picked and roasted with a touch of sea salt, omitting the use of oil to preserve its natural flavor. Our cashew butter is crafted without preservatives, sugar, or artificial flavors.
